Shipping Options

Standard Delivery

• Delivery Time: 1–7 business days
• Base Shipping Fee: PKR 300
• Final shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order.

Express Delivery

• Delivery Time: Same day or next business day (subject to availability and location).
• Express shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery location.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order. Due to fluctuations in fuel prices, delivery charges may change from time to time. If there is any change to the shipping cost after your order is placed, our team will notify you via WhatsApp before dispatching your order.

Payment on Delivery

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are required to pay the remaining outstanding balance upon delivery. If an advance payment has already been made through bank transfer or any other payment method, only the pending amount will be collected by the courier.

Order Updates

Customers will receive order confirmations and shipment updates through WhatsApp, including dispatch notifications and delivery status where available.

Product Inspection

Customers in Lahore may inspect their order before making payment where this service is available. This inspection facility is currently not available outside Lahore.

Missed Deliveries

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will make another delivery attempt on the following business day. Additional attempts may depend on the courier company's policies.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
